Shipping information

  • Standard Shipping for all domestic orders (5-7 business days), price upon checkout.
  • FREE Standard Shipping for all domestic orders (5-7 business days) for orders over USD$70.
  • Express shipping available for domestic orders (1-3 business days), price upon checkout.
  • Standard International Shipping for all international orders (10-15 business days), price upon checkout.
  • FREE Standard International Shipping for all international orders (10-15 business days) for orders over USD$120.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our US warehouse within 24 hours.

All orders received on weekdays before 13:00 EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the Monday.

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations before ordering.

 

Pre-Orders

All pre-ordered items will be shipped on or before the shipping date stated below the 'Pre-order' button on the product page. If your order contains an in-stock product and pre-ordered product, they will be shipped at the same time when the pre-ordered product becomes available.

 

Returns Policy

Orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges only.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt and are at your own cost. i.e. return shipping to the warehouse and back to you are not included.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition (defined below). Any items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, washed or are missing the original tags, will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to product availability - please email us at support@qu-nine.com with your exchange request so that we may reserve the item for you in advance.  

 

Late or lost deliveries

Please specify the correct shipping address as QUNINE takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or left unattended.  

Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@qu-nine.com within 30 days of the order being dispatched.

Couriers may update the tracking as “delivered” prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, contact our support team with your order details and we'll do all we can to help out.
